    Difficult to deal with, have lost 2 parcels of mine before causing several un needed trips, emails and phone calls.

    Having encountered outrageous service the last few times at this post office I thought I would give them one last chance. Verdict disgraceful Australia Post really needs to address the extremely poor customer service at this branch

    Never had a problem at this post office and I am there at leaset 4 times a week posting out parcels. very friendly and I always get a smile. very helpful in trying to pay the least as possible with my parcels

    Mail guy is always very rude. Also very difficult to phone them.

    Called 10 mins before coming to this post office was assured I could get a passport photo taken and pay my firearms license. When I arrived was greeted by the rudest Asian lady I have every meet, told me I could not pay for it here and when I said I called and asked if I could she said "well who ever you spoke to was wrong now go to Clarkson bye". Will not be using this place for anything other than collection of parcels in the future until they get new managers/owners!!
